In this lesson, you’ll see some of BuzzStream’s team performance reports that you can use to analyze how your outreach team is performing.

First, click on the Reporting Tab. Then, select All Contacts.

From here, click on the Team Insights report to see the Team Leaderboard, which shows you how many placements each team member has gotten, the Placement Trend by Team Member section, which shows how many placements each team member gotten over time, and the number of Emails sent by Team Member, which helps you easily compare how many emails your team members are sending out over days, weeks and months.

You can also look at the project leaderboard and sort by team member to get an overview of specific team members’ successful placements, or the Project Insights report, sorted by team member, looking at the Aging Chart to see which opportunities have fallen through the cracks.
